Fully Automatic Intelligent Coal Dust Explosion Identification Device

Reference implementation standard: AQ 1045—2007 "Specification for Identification of Coal Dust Explosibility".
Coal dust explosibility determination devices are divided into two specifications: standard type and intelligent type. The standard type requires manual observation of flame conditions, while the intelligent type uses a mobile rail-based specialized flame imaging system to store flame images in a computer, allowing playback of coal dust explosion flame images and reducing errors from manual scale reading. The intelligent type is also equipped with a management system for coal dust explosibility identification experiments.
